Weird wine question. What is the name of the wine that smells like "Fruit Loops" cereal?

I heard about it on a wine podcast, sounds interesting.

Weird wine question. What is the name of the wine that smells like %26quot;Fruit Loops%26quot; cereal?
It%26#039;s called %26quot;Viognier%26quot;.

There are also many other powerful flower and fruit aromas which can be perceived in these wines (more than one wine enthusiast has even detected aromas of Froot Loops breakfast cereal in Viognier)
Reply:Beringer white zinfandel (as well as many other zinfandels) emit a very fruity smell...much like fruit loops...that%26#039;s why they are used in zangrias
Reply:While I have neevr heard a wine refered to as having a boquet of %26quot;Fruit loops%26quot;, it is almost certainly a sweet wine. I am assuming that is may be a White Zinfandel (regular Zinfandels are dark red and much stronger, not fruity) beacuse it is sweeter with hints of fruits, or a blend that mixes actual fruits with it. Wine%26#039;s like Arbor Mist have Tropical Fruits Pinot Grigio, which could very well smell like Fruit Loops. Good luck, I think the Arbor Mist is your best bet!
Reply:No %26quot;true%26quot; wine will exert a bouquet of %26quot;fruit loops%26quot;. This I promise you.

That said the %26quot;wine%26quot; your talking about is prolly something of a wine cooler ( a malted beverage which is actually a heavily fruity flavored beer)

Arbor Mist also puts out a product known as wine that has infusions of Artificial fruit flavorings. This is what I presume your really inquiring about.

How do feedback loops in the nervous system regulate condtions in the body?

How do feedback loops in the nervous system regulate condtions in the body?

i am looking everywhere but all i see is about endocrine systems... wait, is this same as endocrine system?

but it is of nervous system?

agh so confused...

How do feedback loops in the nervous system regulate condtions in the body?
When you talk about feedback loops, it%26#039;s usually in regard to how a system tends to compensate, and or adjust for environmental factors. The endocrine systems (hormones) and nervous systems are separate system, but they do work in tandem. In order for the endocrine system to help regulate hormones, they need some kind of information, which is usually relayed by the nervous system.

Are the loops in Garageband legal to use on a short film?

Hey, I%26#039;m doing a short film for Veiwfinders International Film Festival and i was wondering is it%26#039;s legal to use the loops given on garageband or if they%26#039;re under some sort of liscencing agreement...?

Are the loops in Garageband legal to use on a short film?
You are free to use them as part of your own works. you are NOT free to redistribute them or repackage them.

This is what it actually says

--//--

You may use the Apple and third party audio loop content (%26quot;Audio Content%26quot;), contained in or otherwise included with the Apple Software, on a royalty-free basis, to create your own original soundtracks for your video and audio projects. You may broadcast and/or distribute your own soundtracks that were created using the Audio Content, however, individual samples, sound sets, or audio loops may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound libraries, sound effects or music beds.
Reply:there should be some sort of a %26quot;readme%26quot; or a %26quot;licence%26quot; text / document file with it unless you bought and downloaded the app and didn%26#039;t get a boxed distribution CD/DVD (sometimes downloads only supply the app) the legal might show up in a section in %26quot;help%26quot;

in any case if you can%26#039;t find it, check their web page for %26quot;legal%26quot; info about it,

I use Audition / Loopology and their %26quot;legal%26quot; says that I can use their loop stuff provided that I change it somewhat and don%26#039;t just use the stuff %26quot;verbatim%26quot; / as is.

hope this helps

I am having trouble with my sewing machine. The back of the stitch makes big, messy loops of thread. Thoughts?

I have tried rethreading and adjusting the tension.

I am having trouble with my sewing machine. The back of the stitch makes big, messy loops of thread. Thoughts?
1. Consult manual if you have one. Usually it%26#039;s a tension problem. It%26#039;s happened to me when I try to sew using some exotic (unusual weight or slippery) fabric and then I end up playing with the tension as you are doing and then doing the stuff described below.

2. * Are threads caught in the feed plate section (take out the bobbin and examine). If there are, get a tweezer and pull them out. Also clean/ blow/ brush out any lint you see in feed plate and bobbin region as that can cause theads to catch. THE SERVICEMAN COMPLAINED I HAD FAILED TO CLEAN THE LINT FROM MY MACHINE THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I TOOK IT TO HIM. SO NOW I ALWAYS CHECK THIS FIRST.

3. Insert the bobbin without thread. Don%26#039;t thread machine. Does machine jam when you run it slowly (turn the wheel with your hand)?

4. If it does not jam, take scrap cotton fabric -- an old sheet or pillow case (doubled) -- try running it on slow speed (I always keep my hand near the wheel) without any thread. Does the needle go up and down as it should with the needle entering and exiting the feed plate normally? If it seems OK, try feeding scrap material through again with same regular-weight cotton or cotton/poly thread in both the bobbin and on top. Will machine work in reverse without the threads catching?

5. If you still can%26#039;t seem to get it going, you will need to bring it to your sewing machine service center: it probably needs servicing.
Reply:take the bobbin completely out of the casing and see if something is stuck in the machine, try adjusting your stitches also
Reply:Could be the wrong size needle for the fabric being used. It really sound like a tension problem though - maybe your tension screw is worn and pressure is not true anymore.
Reply:if your bobbin is okay it is your tension adjustment
Reply:If your bobbin is in a separate metal casing pull it out of the machine and put the bobbin back in it pull the thread some to make sure the bobbin is turning clockwise, hold the metal piece with the little bar sticking up , then just holding the thread the whole thing should slowly fall downwards, if it doesn%26#039;t move at all your bobbin tension is to tight, falls right away to loose, adjust the small screw in the metal casing accordingly. also make sure your thread is snapped through the opening of the bobbin and that the metal casing is sucurely in the machine.
Reply:Your problem is with the bobbin, try re-threading the bobbin, or your bobbin may not have threaded itself correctly. The other thing to try is to see if you have the proper sized bobbin for your machine!
Reply:Make sure your bobbin is properly loaded and the thread is not getting stuck in it. That%26#039;s what happens to me. I have a really old (20 years) sewing machine.
Reply:You upper tension needs to be adjusted.

When the bottom is out of wack, the top tension needs to be adjusted, when the top is out of wack, the bobbin tension needs to be adjusted. If you cannot get in adjusted on your own so that it works properly, you may have to take it in for a professional cleaning and adjustment.
Reply:make sure there is no lint in the tension assembly, then adjust it to about the middle and try test stitches, adjusting it a little tighter each time (or looser) until the stitches look the same on the top and bottom.

My Dyson (upright) has started pulling loops in my carpet, what could be wrong with it?

Only 12-18mths old, seems ok on my older carpets, but got new carpet in bathroom and bedroom and this is where the problem occurs.

My Dyson (upright) has started pulling loops in my carpet, what could be wrong with it?
dyson cleaners fantastic as is their after sales service please get in touch and they will give you sound advice
Reply:It%26#039;s broken. Ring up Dyson, they operate a bit like Rolls Royce and don%26#039;t like to hear of their products doing unsavoury things so they will probably bend over backwards to help you-when mine went wrong they replaced it without fuss.
Reply:I often have touble with my upright
Reply:it could be your belt i keep getting problems with mine aswell.
Reply:Has no one ever told you even the carpet supplier , you should never, ever vacume a new carpet for at least 6 months especially with a high powered dyson.brush only or manual carpet sweeper till then
Reply:You spent too much money for it in the first place. They are very over rated and not worth the money.
Reply:its not your dyson its the carpet its picking up on loose fibers and draging them in %26quot;scorce the end of loose material to stop the fraying%26quot; (dont set fire to yourself though)
Reply:I don%26#039;t know what is causing your problem but, i have not had much luck to be honest with Dyson%26#039;s, don%26#039;t think i will buy one again, i have had two and both have broken down (the motor) a couple of weeks after the guarantee has run out!!! nearly £600 POUNDS WORTH OF HOOVERS in 4 yrs!!!

Anyway back to the point you should have a 2 year guarantee with it, if you think it is technical get them to sort it out.

Good luck.
Reply:mayb the brushes need replacing or cleaning.

sometimes u can get hair and bits stuck in the corners.

How do you cut out ground loops?

I have to amps running to my system. I have 3 rca wires total and 2 ground loop filters. The filters helped alot but its still there. Like when I pause the cd player or turn it down so that I can talk on my phone, I%26#039;m still getting the engine wine through the speakers. Thanks!

How do you cut out ground loops?
Higher quality RCA cables will have additional shielding. If you already have high quality RCA%26#039;s then try to avoid wiring them along with your power cable to trunk. If you have already done that you can buy cable shielding to wire them thru that will reduce interference even more.

Additionally, make sure that all your speakers are properly soldered and shielded ( not making contact with anything else).

If thats all good then you may need better speaker cable to your speakers.

After that, there isn%26#039;t much else to check.
Reply:Noise from the engine is either alternator or ignition coil. Make sure the noise suppressors are installed and functional. If they are, you may wish to add one more to each.
