Are the loops in Garageband legal to use on a short film?

Hey, I%26#039;m doing a short film for Veiwfinders International Film Festival and i was wondering is it%26#039;s legal to use the loops given on garageband or if they%26#039;re under some sort of liscencing agreement...?

Are the loops in Garageband legal to use on a short film?
You are free to use them as part of your own works. you are NOT free to redistribute them or repackage them.

This is what it actually says

--//--

You may use the Apple and third party audio loop content (%26quot;Audio Content%26quot;), contained in or otherwise included with the Apple Software, on a royalty-free basis, to create your own original soundtracks for your video and audio projects. You may broadcast and/or distribute your own soundtracks that were created using the Audio Content, however, individual samples, sound sets, or audio loops may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound libraries, sound effects or music beds.
Reply:there should be some sort of a %26quot;readme%26quot; or a %26quot;licence%26quot; text / document file with it unless you bought and downloaded the app and didn%26#039;t get a boxed distribution CD/DVD (sometimes downloads only supply the app) the legal might show up in a section in %26quot;help%26quot;

in any case if you can%26#039;t find it, check their web page for %26quot;legal%26quot; info about it,

I use Audition / Loopology and their %26quot;legal%26quot; says that I can use their loop stuff provided that I change it somewhat and don%26#039;t just use the stuff %26quot;verbatim%26quot; / as is.

hope this helps
