What are those loops inside girl shirts?

They%26#039;re by the shoulder and they%26#039;re a circle/loop of string connected to the top of the inside of the shirt. What are those? Do you stick your arm through it? What is it used for?

**Hope this wasn%26#039;t a confusing question!!**

What are those loops inside girl shirts?
they use them to keep clothes from slipping off the hanger. when i was younger i tried to put my arm through those holes... it didnt go to well.. lol!
Reply:its used to hang up your clothes.

like when you have strapless dress for example

they have the strings and you could hang them on your hangers

(:
Reply:I was just asking myself the same question yesterday.

They are made so that it%26#039;s easier to hang up your shirt on a hanger. :)
Reply:Haha no they are to make it easier to use hangers. I used to wonder the same thing!
Reply:to keep them 4rm falling off the hanger

lol :]

hehe

Reply:...i always thought they used those things to make shirts stay on the hanger haha :]
Reply:Are they a clear plastic? If so they use them to keep the clothes from coming off of the hanger. If they%26#039;re not clear plastic then I have no clue what you%26#039;re talking about.
Reply:They%26#039;re for when the neckline and shoulders

won%26#039;t hang on a hanger properly.

You hang them by the little grove in the hanger,

it%26#039;s like a little hook. Then they don%26#039;t fall off like

they would if they didn%26#039;t have those clear plasticky

loop / strap things.
Reply:They put those there so the shirt is easier to put on a hanger
